- Butter
cookies:

in dutch the wonderfull name: Botersprietjes
- Easy to make!
INGREDIENTS:
- * 250gr unsalted butter
- * 25gr whole milk
- * 5gr salt
- * 150gr granulated sugar
- * 300gr flour
- Make sure the butter is soft, at
room temperature.
- Add the butter , sugar, salt and milk to
the bowl of your kitchenmachine.
- Mix softly together.
- Strain the flour and add in two
times to your mixture.
- Sofly run the machine until everything
is nicely mixed.
- Put the cookie dough in a piping bag (with
nozzle, be creative).
- Place a butter paper on the over tray and
make small cookies or larger ones, leave a little space
in between.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven set to 185°C
for about 10 minutes, all depends on how big you made your
cookies.
- Make sure they have a light brown
color on the edges, keep an eye on the baking process.
- In a cookie storage box they can be kept
for 10 days.

Let it cool down
before eating, i know.... it can be difficult to resist!
TOOLS NEEDED:
- Piping bag with nozzle
- Spatula
- Kenwood (or kitchenaid)
- Fine strainer
- Oven pre-heated at 185°C
- Oven tray and butter paper
TIPS & TRICKS:
- Always measure correct when baking!
- Dip half of the cookies in chocolate or
ganache for extra
taste!
