  • Butter cookies:
  • * in dutch the wonderfull name: Botersprietjes
  • Easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:

  • * 250gr unsalted butter
  • * 25gr whole milk
  • * 5gr salt
  • * 150gr granulated sugar
  • * 300gr flour

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Make sure the butter is soft, at room temperature.
  • Add the butter , sugar, salt and milk to the bowl of your kitchenmachine.
  • Mix softly together.
  • Strain the flour and add in two times to your mixture.
  • Sofly run the machine until everything is nicely mixed.
  • Put the cookie dough in a piping bag (with nozzle, be creative).
  • Place a butter paper on the over tray and make small cookies or larger ones, leave a little space in between.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven set to 185°C for about 10 minutes, all depends on how big you made your cookies.
  • Make sure they have a light brown color on the edges, keep an eye on the baking process.
  • In a cookie storage box they can be kept for 10 days.
  • Let it cool down before eating, i know.... it can be difficult to resist!

TOOLS NEEDED:

  1. Piping bag with nozzle
  2. Spatula
  3. Kenwood (or kitchenaid)
  4. Fine strainer
  5. Oven pre-heated at 185°C
  6. Oven tray and butter paper

TIPS & TRICKS:

  1. Always measure correct when baking!
  2. Dip half of the cookies in chocolate or ganache for extra taste!
